After the success of our 2025 season, we are pleased to expand our offering to six sessions as per below. In addition to the Verbrugghen Hall, Conservatorium of Music, we are adding The Concourse Chatswood
to our venues next year, to cater for our schools coming from north of the harbour.

A Classroom like no other

Tailored for primary and secondary schools, Symphonic Encounters is a genuinely unique experience, where hundreds of students interactively experience live orchestral music like never before. And teachers receive complimentary accompanying resources and activities.

Resource Packs

This program has been designed specifically in response to the new Stages 4-5 Syllabi, intersecting the mandatory repertoire of Jazz, Popular Music, Art Music, and Global Music. These materials will enhance your Programs and Scope and Sequence for 2026.

Each school will receive a complimentary education resource consisting of pre-concert activities, including scores, historical context, classroom arrangements, and composition activities.
